Share an artefact with named people in your organization as a live, read-only link.
Sharing an artefact gives named people in your organization read-only access to it. It’s a live link rather than a published snapshot: as you keep editing, they see your latest version.
Sharing an artefact
Section titled “Sharing an artefact”Open the artefact and choose to share it, then search for and select the people in your organization you want to give access to.
What the recipient sees
Section titled “What the recipient sees”The recipient sees the artefact in read-only mode, and always sees your latest version as you continue editing — it isn’t a fixed copy taken at the moment you shared it.
Changing who has access
Section titled “Changing who has access”Only the artefact’s owner can change who has access to it. Add or remove people at any time from the same sharing panel — removing someone revokes their access immediately.
