Shared with you
Find the artefacts other people in your organization have shared with you.
Shared with you collects the artefacts other people in your organization have shared directly with you, along with the name of whoever shared each one. It’s read-only: you can open, search and download, but the owner keeps control of the content and of who else has access.
Finding something
Section titled “Finding something”Search narrows the list by title. There’s nothing more to filter by — Shared with you is scoped to artefacts shared with you specifically, not everything visible across the organization.
What you can do with a shared artefact
Section titled “What you can do with a shared artefact”Open it, read it, and download it. You can’t edit it — only the owner controls the content, and only the owner decides who else has access.
