Adoption process

Your adoption journey is guided by Intric’s Staircase of AI Adoption—a framework developed through hands-on experience with over 60 organizations and grounded in established research (the SAMR Model and Technology Acceptance Model).

The process consists of two main phases:

• Phase 1: Implementation — Kick-off, security training, admin training, and platform training
• Phase 2: Adoption — Building real AI value through two parallel tracks: the AI Council and the AI Lab

Phase 1 – Implementation

Phase 1 is a linear five-step progression.

Strategic and governance. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.
