Adoption process

Your adoption journey is guided by Intric’s Staircase of AI Adoption—a framework developed through hands-on experience with over 60 organizations and grounded in established research (the SAMR Model and Technology Acceptance Model).

The process consists of two main phases:

• Phase 1: Implementation — Get the platform configured, the security questions settled and the first people building, in four meetings
• Phase 2: Adoption — Take assistants into daily use through Pilot to production, with an AI Council and an AI Lab alongside it when the scope of the pilot calls for them

Both phases have a regular check-in, every week or every two weeks, where you and Intric go through the status of the work.

Phase 1 – Implementation

Phase 1 gets your organization up and running with Intric. It is four meetings, held in order, that set the goal for the pilot, configure the platform, settle the security questions and get the first people building their own assistants.

Kick-off

Aligns the vision, goals, resources and ways of working for the pilot, so that the plans from the sales process become one starting point for you and Intric. The project sponsor or owner, the project leader and project resources such as the change lead and IT take part. You leave with the goal of the pilot defined and the recurring meetings, the check-ins among them, booked.

Together or separately

Intric recommends holding the four meetings together, on site, as a full or half day: the project group is in one room, questions are answered as they come up, and the day ends with everyone having built their own assistant. You can also hold them separately, on site or digitally. Either way, the kick-off comes first.

Phase 1 is complete when all of the following hold:

• Security classifications are configured and signed off by IT and legal
• Your admin group can manage the platform without Intric’s help
• At least three to five AI Ambassadors have built their own assistant
• Phase 2 is agreed, and its first meetings are booked

Phase 2 – Adoption

Phase 2 is where your organization takes use cases into daily use, department by department. It is built around one main track, with support around it that you set up when the scope of the pilot calls for it.

The main track

Pilot to production runs from the start of Phase 2 to its end, and it drives the phase. You and Intric choose one to five assistants, from proven Solutions and from your own use cases, and Intric maps, designs, builds, trains and manages each one, with a consequence assessment for every assistant.

When the scope calls for it

Depending on the scope of the pilot, you also establish an AI Council, an AI Lab, or both. They run in parallel with Pilot to production, and what they settle and find feeds into it.
