Adoption process
An overview of Intric's two-phase approach to AI implementation and adoption
Your adoption journey is guided by Intric’s Staircase of AI Adoption—a framework developed through hands-on experience with over 60 organizations and grounded in established research (the SAMR Model and Technology Acceptance Model).
The process consists of two main phases:
- Phase 1: Implementation — Kick-off, security training, admin training, and platform training
- Phase 2: Adoption — Building real AI value through two parallel tracks: the AI Council and the AI Lab
Phase 1 – Implementation
