PT Sessions

Focused working sessions where Intric's Adoption Specialist and/or engineers map your processes and build assistants or agents with your team

PT Sessions are focused working sessions where Intric’s Adoption Specialist and/or engineers sit together with a specific team or department. Together you map existing ways of working and build assistants or agents tailored to that need.

The goal is always a clear, tangible result: a finished or near-finished assistant or agent that the team can start using immediately—plus a clear picture of any compliance and integration work that needs to follow.

Unlike workshops, which bring together a broader group, PT Sessions go deep with one team on one real problem. This focus creates fast, visible value—and builds genuine ownership, because the team builds with Intric, not just receives something built for them.

Every PT Session:

  • Maps how the team works today and where AI can help
  • Creates a working assistant or agent tailored to a specific process or department area
  • Identifies compliance needs and gaps—DPIA, information classification, and related requirements
  • Surfaces or starts integrations to the external systems the process depends on
  • Gives the team direct, hands-on experience with building AI
  • Produces a documented assistant or agent added to the shared library—where it becomes inspiration and a starting point for other teams

Over time, the library built through PT Sessions becomes a scalable resource across your organization.

During the session we:

  • Map existing ways of working or processes — understand the current flow, who is involved, and where friction sits
  • Build assistants or agents tailored to that need
  • Identify compliance needs and gaps to cover with a DPIA or other information classification work
  • Develop integrations to external systems where the use case requires it

Who joins from Intric depends on the problem: the Adoption Specialist, engineers, or both.

Format Half-day or full day, physical or digital
Participants Intric’s Adoption Specialist and/or engineers + a specific team or department
Output A finished or near-finished assistant or agent, documented and added to the library; a view of compliance and integration follow-up
Focus A specific use case or department area (e.g. HR, finance, urban planning)

Getting the most from a PT Session starts before the session itself. Before your session, document the following:

Current state:

  • A high-level description of the process you want to work on
  • What data sources and systems are involved
  • Who is part of the process today

Target state:

  • What outcome the process owner wants to achieve
  • Where the biggest friction or time cost currently sits

The more context you bring, the more productive the session will be. Your Adoption Specialist will help you collect this during the planning conversation.

Every PT Session must produce a documented assistant or agent added to the library. This isn’t just good practice—it’s what makes the model scalable. One well-built, documented assistant in the library creates value far beyond the original session: it becomes the reference point and starting template the next time someone in a similar role wants to tackle the same challenge.
