This is where the more structured side of the help center lives. Rather than looking something up, you work through things step by step; reading, doing, and answering a few questions to check it’s sticking.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Content is split into three levels:
- 📚 Courses — The broadest unit. Each course covers a theme (like Introduction to Intric or AI Fundamentals) and is made up of several modules.
- 📖 Modules — A chapter within a course. Modules break the topic into focused chunks you go through in sequence.
- 📄 Sections — The individual steps inside a module. Most sections end with a short quiz before you move on.

A few things worth knowing
Section titled “A few things worth knowing”- Go at your own pace — there are no deadlines. Pick a course and work through it when it suits you.
- Quizzes are there to help — they’re short, and the point is to make sure things actually land before you move on.
- Your progress is saved — sign in and you can pick up exactly where you left off.
