Step 6: Edit and Share the Assistant

Settings gear, publishing, and sharing

Use the settings gear to edit the assistant after creation. There you can publish, enable Insights, set a data retention policy, and create a chat widget for external sharing (only for content that may be shared externally).

Invite colleagues to a Space with roles as space admin, editor, or viewer — or collaborate on a single assistant via the collaboration icon.

External link can be used to share settings (e.g. to the assistant library) without sharing your data.

History: the clock icon shows conversation history; in the chat view you can jump between recent threads.
