Organization and overview
Section titled “Organization and overview”Under Organization you see an overview of usage, storage, and tokens.
AI models and tools
Section titled “AI models and tools”AI models: select the tab for language, embedding, or transcription models and disable what should not be offered.
AI tools: list integrations; use Edit for details. Users who need logged-in integrations do the first login under Profile → Integrations.
Users and groups
Section titled “Users and groups”Users: invite manually or enable SSO (contact support@intric.ai).
User groups: create groups for easier Space invitations and follow-up; AD connection via support.
Insights, usage, resources
Section titled “Insights, usage, resources”Track activity, tokens per model/group, assistants, and Space overview. Audit log shows events in the organization.
Personal assistant
Section titled “Personal assistant”Set security class, data retention, model, and tools for the assistant everyone encounters at login — do this before broad rollout.
