Track 1: Pilot to production

The delivery track of Phase 2: one to five assistants built together with Intric and taken into daily use

Many organizations get stuck between a promising pilot and real use: an assistant shows value, but it is never scaled, integrated or governed. Track 1 closes that gap, and it is the main track of Phase 2: it runs from start to finish, whatever else the pilot includes. During the pilot, you and Intric choose one to five assistants and build them together, all the way into production.

The assistants come from both sources of use cases:

  • Two or three proven solutions — Intric suggests starting from the Solutions in the Library: processes Intric has already delivered for municipalities and public authorities, such as contract review, meeting transcription and redaction before public release.
  • New use cases from your own work — defined with your AI Ambassadors in the AI Lab, from the processes where they see the most value.
  1. Map — Intric maps the process and identifies where AI creates the most value
  2. Design — Intric designs AI support that fits into your existing workflows
  3. Implement — Intric builds, configures, tests and iterates the assistant, and develops integrations to your systems where needed
  4. Train — Intric trains your users and key people in the new way of working
  5. Manage — Intric monitors, adjusts and improves the solution over time

Compliance is part of the work. Every assistant gets a consequence assessment against the relevant regulations, such as GDPR and the AI Act, guidance on personal data and information security, and a framework for approved use that keeps a person responsible for the final decision.

Role Contribution
Process owner Explains how the work is done today and validates the solution
System administrator Provides the access and resources needed for integrations
Key stakeholders Make sure the right people are involved at the right moments

Intric handles everything else: analysis, design, build, testing, training and ongoing management.

Stage What happens Time
Proof of concept A first version on the chosen process About 2 weeks
Consequence assessment The solution is assessed against the relevant regulations After the proof of concept
Integration and production Integrations are built and the assistant is deployed After an approved assessment
Active management Ongoing monitoring, adjustment and improvement Continuous
