Phase 1: Implementation

1. Kick-off
Agenda:
- Presentation & Welcome - Introduction of the team and available resources
- Review of Goals & Expectations - Defining what success looks like and setting metrics required for conversion
- Intric Platform & Pilot Plan - Aligning expectations via the AI Adoption Staircase
- Roles, Responsibilities & Stakeholders - Defining the team structure, specifically identifying AI Ambassadors
- Best Practice for Pilot Organization - Choosing between use-case-driven or people-driven paths
- Intric Arena & Community - Joining the ecosystem for shared inspiration
- Ongoing Check-ins - Establishing the meeting rhythm for Phase 1 and Phase 2
2. Security Classification
Agenda:
- Platform Walkthrough - AI model view and security classifications
- Security Configuration - Define hierarchical security classes and assign AI models to each class
- Working with Sensitive Information - Plan for handling different data types and internal communication about security
- Internal AI Policies - Review existing guidelines or help establish new ones
- Risk and Impact Assessments - Discussion of organizational requirements
- Data Processing Agreements - Review and finalize DPAs as needed
3. Admin Training
Agenda:
- Roles in Intric - Admin, Creator (within a Space), and User roles explained
- AI Models and Security Classification - How to toggle models and understand model properties
- User Management - Setting up SSO, AD groups, or manual invitations
- Space Structure and Access - Organizing work in Spaces corresponding to departments or projects
- Personal Assistant Configuration - Configuring the default assistant for all users
- Hands-on Practice - Building a sample assistant and managing platform settings
4. Platform Training
Agenda:
- Why Intric - Understanding the value proposition and platform approach
- What is AI - Managing expectations on AI capabilities and limitations
- Security Classes - Reviewing how security affects available options and functionalities
- The Platform - Introduction to personal assistant and spaces
- Building Assistants - Step-by-step demonstration of creating an assistant and its components
- Use Cases - Examples of assistants and practical applications
- Intric Arena Community - Introduction to the community platform and how to join
5. Ready for discovery
You have completed onboarding. Your organization is now ready to move into Phase 2: Discovery, where you will explore and configure the platform for your specific needs.
