Phase 1: Implementation

Phase 1 gets your organization up and running with Intric in four meetings. Together they set the goal for the pilot, configure the platform, settle the security questions and get the first people building their own assistants. The steps

1. Kick-off — Align on the vision, goals, resources and ways of working for the pilot.
2. Admin walkthrough — Introduce the project group to the admin page and to how Intric can be configured.
3. Security walkthrough — Introduce your admins and information security to Intric, its security functionality and its documentation.
4. Platform walkthrough — Introduce the project group, and your creators or AI Ambassadors if they are already chosen, to how Intric works.
5. Ready for adoption — Phase 1 is complete, and your organization moves into Phase 2: Adoption.

How to schedule the meetings

You can hold the meetings in two ways:

• Together on site, as a full day or a half day. This is what Intric recommends. The project group is in one room, questions are answered as they come up, and the day ends with everyone having built their own assistant.
• Separately, as individual meetings, on site or digitally. This suits organizations where the right people cannot be gathered at the same time.

Whichever you choose, the kick-off comes first: it sets the goal and the ways of working the other meetings build on.

Alongside the meetings, a check-in every week or every two weeks goes through the status of the work with Intric. It carries on into Phase 2.

When Phase 1 is complete

Phase 1 is complete when all of the following hold:

• Security classifications are configured and signed off by IT and legal
• Your admin group can manage the platform without Intric’s help
• At least three to five AI Ambassadors have built their own assistant
• Phase 2 is agreed, and its first meetings are booked

Your organization is then ready for Phase 2: Adoption, where you take use cases into production through Pilot to production, with an AI Council and an AI Lab alongside it when the scope of the pilot calls for them.
