Track 2: The AI Council
The strategic and governance track of Phase 2: regular check-ins between your admin group and Intric
The AI Council is the strategic engine of your AI initiative. It’s the group that owns the work both strategically and operationally, and it clears the way for the use cases the other two tracks take into production.
Whether you establish an AI Council depends on the scope of the pilot. When you do, Track 2 runs as a regular check-in between your admin group and Intric’s Adoption Specialist—typically 1 hour every two weeks or 30 minutes every week, depending on your organization’s pace.
Who’s in it
Section titled “Who’s in it”The ideal AI Council includes representatives from three functions:
| Function | Why they belong |
|---|---|
| Business development | Understands what the organization needs and where AI drives value |
| IT / Digitalization | Knows what the technology allows and owns system dependencies |
| Information security | Determines what security requires and ensures compliant use |
Not all organizations have all three from day one—and that’s fine. What matters most is that someone owns the question, and that information security is involved early.
What we work on together
Section titled “What we work on together”- Governance & platform ownership — Who owns what, how assistants are quality-assured
- Data & compliance — The path toward more sensitive data sources, DPIA progress
- Integrations & technical configuration — SSO and connections to your systems
- Progress toward objectives — Where you are on the Staircase
Start with open, public information. This lets you build competence and early wins without having all security questions resolved from day one. While that foundation is being laid, the council prepares for the next step—working with more sensitive data.
