Insights

Measure adoption and engagement across the organization, and tell Activity apart from Usage.

Insights answers how broadly Intric has been adopted, not just how much it’s been used. It’s the view you take to a steering group when you need to show whether a rollout is reaching people or concentrating in a handful of enthusiasts.

Activity measures engagement — messages, active users, which assistants people are actually using. Usage measures consumption — tokens spent, by model and by user group. See Activity and Usage.

Switch between week, month and quarter throughout Insights, and compare the current period against the prior one to see whether adoption is moving in the right direction.

Insights reflects activity as it happens rather than on a batch delay, so a number you check today includes messages sent moments ago.

Look at the engagement rings under Activity to see whether usage is broad or concentrated in a few people. Filter the assistant usage table by Space to spot departments that haven’t picked the platform up yet. Every table supports CSV export for the current view, including whatever filters and period you’ve applied — see Exporting table data as CSV.
