Users
Invite, manage, deactivate and remove the people in your organization.
The Users view lists everyone in your organization with their role, status — active or invited — last activity and group memberships, all in one table. It’s where you invite people, change what they can do, and remove them when they leave.
Inviting users
Section titled “Inviting users”Sending invitations
Section titled “Sending invitations”Enter one or more email addresses to send direct invitations.
Invitation links
Section titled “Invitation links”For a larger rollout, generate an invitation link you can share through internal channels or your intranet, rather than inviting people one email at a time.
Pending invitations
Section titled “Pending invitations”A separate tab lists invitations that haven’t been accepted yet, with when each was sent and when it expires.
Resending
Section titled “Resending”Resend an invitation if it’s expired or the original email was missed.
Revoking
Section titled “Revoking”Revoke a pending invitation to stop it being usable, even if the recipient still has the link.
Changing a role
Section titled “Changing a role”Change a user’s organization role — User, Creator, or Admin — from their row in the Users list.
Acting on several users at once
Section titled “Acting on several users at once”Select several people in the Users list to change their role, or to remove or delete them, in one step. This is the practical route for an offboarding batch or a role change across a whole team.
Deleting a user
Section titled “Deleting a user”Deleting a user removes their account from the platform. Assistants and knowledge they created generally remain in their Spaces — deletion removes their access and their identity from audit records going forward, not the resources they built for the team.
