Sharing
The four ways content moves between people in Intric, and how to choose between them.
Sharing in Intric means four different things, and picking the wrong one is the most common source of confusion. You can publish an assistant to its Space, send someone a copy of an assistant, grant edit access on a single assistant, or share an artefact you produced.
The four kinds of sharing

Sharing a copy by link
Section titled “Sharing a copy by link”Gives someone a link to import their own independent copy of an assistant into a Space of their choice. Only the name, description and prompt travel with it — no data.
Adding a collaborator
Section titled “Adding a collaborator”Grants one named person editing access to a single assistant, without giving them any broader access to the Space it lives in.
Sharing an artefact
Section titled “Sharing an artefact”Gives named people in your organization a live, read-only link to one artefact.

What your organization may restrict
Section titled “What your organization may restrict”Your organization can limit sharing to protect information security — for example, by disabling public sharing links entirely. If a sharing option you expect to see is missing, check with your administrator before assuming it’s a bug.
