Policies

Policies give administrators a way to define and enforce platform-wide rules for their organisation. Rather than relying solely on access permissions, Policies let you set guarantees about how the platform behaves — rules that are technically enforced regardless of who is using it or where.

Once a policy is in place, you do not need to manually oversee every action or rely on individual users making the right choice. The platform upholds the rule automatically.

This page will be updated as new policies are introduced. All configuration details for each policy will be documented here.


Set a maximum spend limit for individual users. Once a user reaches their cap, they are notified and further usage is paused until the limit is reset or adjusted by an administrator. This gives you predictable control over AI consumption across your organisation.

Define a single data retention period that applies to your entire organisation. Conversations and uploaded data will be automatically removed after the number of days you specify — no manual cleanup required.

Control whether the Insights feature is available in your organisation. You can turn Insights on or off at the organisation level, giving you oversight of when and how usage data is collected and displayed.
