Billing

Billing is where AI consumption becomes a number you can allocate. Intric issues one monthly invoice to the organization; billing groups then reconcile that internally, so each department’s share is visible and ready to forward to its cost center.

How billing fits together

One invoice, internal reconciliation

Your organization receives a single monthly invoice from Intric. Billing groups don’t change what you’re invoiced — they reconcile that one invoice internally, so you can see and forward each group’s share without a separate billing relationship per department.

Billing groups as cost centers

A billing group represents a department, a unit, or a specific user group, and acts as a cost center. Every member’s consumption counts toward the billing group they belong to; anyone in no group counts toward the organization’s Unassigned group instead, so nothing goes untracked. Per-user limits

Each billing group can set soft and hard limits per member, so consumption stays predictable without you having to watch it manually.

The Billing overview

A dashboard showing spend for the current period, broken down by billing group, with each group’s status relative to its limits. Your organization’s billing currency, country, VAT number, and purchase-order reference are set here too.

Exporting for finance

Export billing data as CSV for the current view, ready to hand to your finance team or feed into internal reporting. See Exporting table data as CSV.

Billing or Usage?

Billing shows cost and allocation across cost centers. Usage shows raw consumption in tokens and storage, without the cost-center framing. Use Billing when the question is “who should be charged”; use Usage when the question is “what’s actually being consumed.” See Usage.
