Cost tracking for internal invoicing

To support internal invoicing and cost allocation, Intric provides a dedicated billing view (Invoicing View). The view compiles the actual consumption per billing group — for example a department or unit — over a selected period.

What the reports contain

The reports are structured so they can be used directly in finance systems and include:

• Total cost per group.
• A breakdown of included cost versus overage cost.
• The exact amount to be invoiced internally.

Export and integration

You can easily export these summaries as CSV files or retrieve them via API, enabling automated transfer of cost data into your organization’s finance and reporting systems.

By linking each user to a specific cost center, you ensure that no consumption is left unallocated.
