Consumption insights and billing view

Intric provides a comprehensive administrator view for cost and consumption tracking. As an organization administrator (Org Admin), you have access to an overall dashboard where total cost in SEK and consumption in tokens are visualized in real time.

Drill-down across multiple levels

The dashboard lets you break down costs step by step at the following levels:

Level	What it shows
Organization level	Total cost for the entire authority.
Group level	Cost per billing group — can represent a department, unit, or a specific user group.
Resource level	Detailed consumption per specific assistant, selected language model, or Space.
User level	Individual consumption per user within a group.

Billing view

The system also offers a dedicated billing view where the full financial breakdown is presented and structured according to your billing groups.

Billing groups are configured either through automatic synchronization with groups in your directory service via SSO, or manually. A user’s membership in a billing group ensures that their consumption counts toward the correct cost center. If a user is not added to a dedicated billing group, their consumption counts toward an organization-wide default group.

The central administrator has a consolidated overview of all billing groups across the organization and can also appoint dedicated billing group administrators to manage individual groups.

Each billing group administrator gets access to the same clearly presented financial overview as the central administrator, but only for their own billing group. This lets an administrator who works closer to the operations trace the group’s total cost down to the individual user, assistant, and Space.

Filtering and export

All data can be filtered by selectable time periods and exported in open CSV format or retrieved via API for further analysis or integration with external systems.
