New Intric (v4)
We are rolling out Intric’s new user interface this week. Here is what you need to know about the transition and how it affects different roles in your organisation.

Rollout overview
Section titled “Rollout overview”The new interface introduces a redesigned layout and navigation experience across the platform. The rollout is being phased by role:
- Users will be moved to the new interface immediately.
- Creators and Admins will have access to both the new interface and the legacy version during a transition period. This dual-access period will remain in place until the upcoming Knowledge migration has been completed.
More information about the new Knowledge functionality and the transition period will follow shortly.
What’s new in the interface
Section titled “What’s new in the interface”Home screen and personal assistant
Section titled “Home screen and personal assistant”When logging in, you land directly on your personal assistant — your starting point for the entire platform. Click Start in the menu at any time to return to it.
Navigation menu
Section titled “Navigation menu”A new collapsible left-hand navigation menu gives you access to all modules in one place:
- Assistants – View and manage assistants across spaces
- Conversations – Filter by assistant and date
- Artifacts – Document compilations that can be bookmarked for quick access
- Plans – Automated workflows with scheduling, activity tracking, and a plan catalog
- Integrations – Connect to external systems such as SharePoint and Teams
- Documentation – Direct access to the Help Center
Assistants and spaces
Section titled “Assistants and spaces”- Click the icon next to an assistant to view its description and settings.
- Use the arrow on an assistant to switch between spaces and assistants.
- The assistant view shows all assistants you have access to, regardless of space — or filter by a specific space to narrow the view.
- New assistants and spaces can be created directly from the interface.
Under Plans, you will find two sub-sections:
- Activity – Track ongoing, finished, and upcoming scheduled plan runs. Plans can also be triggered manually at any time using the Start plan button.
- Catalog – Browse and manage all saved plans.
Global search
Section titled “Global search”Press Command + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) to search across assistants, conversations, plans, and artifacts from anywhere on the platform.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”We will share further details about the Knowledge migration and what the transition will look like for Admins and Creators. In the meantime, no action is required on your part.
