NRW Landesrecht

State law for North Rhine-Westphalia from recht.nrw.de, readable section by section so a long statute is not truncated.

State law for Germany’s most populous Land, with the section filter that keeps a long act from being cut off mid-answer.

recht.nrw.de is the official publication of North Rhine-Westphalia’s state law. This integration searches it by name, abbreviation or keyword, and fetches the full text — with the option to ask for one specific section, which is what stops a large statute from being truncated on the way back.

  • “Show the section of the NRW building code that covers distance requirements.”
  • “What does NRW law say about this, and which provision says it?”
  • “Find the act behind this abbreviation.”
  • “Give me this act in full, but only the chapter I asked for.”
Function Answers
Usage guide When to filter to a section and when to take the whole act — the assistant reads this first
Law search Acts matching a name, an abbreviation or a keyword
Get law text The text of one act, optionally filtered to a single section
Ask A question answered from the most relevant acts, in one call
  • Public source, no key. Nothing about your organisation passes through.
  • Read-only.

Add the MCP server to an assistant and ask. German works best — the source is German and the search matches against it.

  • NRW state law only. Federal German law is not covered, and neither is any other Land. Answering a federal question from this source is a mistake that reads as authoritative.
  • Not legal advice.
  • Section filtering exists for a reason. Asking for a long act without naming a section can return a truncated answer; the usage guide tells the assistant to filter rather than hope.
  • German source text, so any other-language rendering is a translation by the assistant.
