AI Ambassadors and Creators are key individuals who bridge the gap between technology and operations during an organization’s AI adoption journey. They serve as the engine of adoption by building practical AI solutions and championing their use among colleagues.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Ambassador/Creator role combines two aspects:
- Creator – A permission level in Intric that allows building and publishing AI assistants
- Ambassador – An organizational role focused on championing AI adoption and helping colleagues discover its value
Primary Responsibilities
Section titled “Primary Responsibilities”Building Value-Creating Assistants
Section titled “Building Value-Creating Assistants”The core responsibility is to develop AI assistants in Intric that create direct value for themselves and their colleagues. Through building and sharing practical examples, ambassadors naturally introduce Intric to their teams.
Bridging Technology and Operations

- Demonstrating what AI can (and can’t) do through working examples
- Identifying pain points and repetitive tasks suitable for AI assistance
- Testing and iterating based on colleague feedback
- Gathering insights from end-users
Knowledge Sharing
Section titled “Knowledge Sharing”Ambassadors participate in AI Labs, workshops, and community meetings to share experiences, learn from others, and contribute to the assistant library.

Why the Role Matters
Section titled “Why the Role Matters”Ambassadors enable organizational adoption by making AI tangible and relatable. While management can mandate tools, real adoption happens when people see colleagues succeeding. Each assistant built demonstrates possibility and creates momentum across departments. Quick wins from ambassadors prove ROI and build the trust needed for larger organizational commitments.
