🚀 New features
Section titled “🚀 New features”Billing groups for admins
Section titled “Billing groups for admins”Admins can now organise users into billing groups to get better control over usage and cost allocation.
Each organisation has a default billing group, and admins can create additional groups, assign users to them, add credits, and set soft or hard usage caps. This makes it easier to manage AI usage across departments, projects, or other internal structures.
Space editors can create assistants in assigned spaces
Section titled “Space editors can create assistants in assigned spaces”Users who are assigned as editors in a specific space can now create assistants in that space without needing the organisation-level creator role.
This gives organisations more precise control over who can create assistants and where. Space editors can create and publish assistants within their assigned space, while space admins still approve publication before the assistant becomes available.
Organisation settings for the personal assistant
Section titled “Organisation settings for the personal assistant”Admins can now configure the organisation’s personal assistant more directly.
This makes it possible to adapt the personal assistant to organisational preferences, such as preferred language style, tone, or instructions that should apply across the organisation.
Token costs for custom models
Section titled “Token costs for custom models”Admins can now set token costs for custom models.
This helps organisations that use custom model setups keep usage reporting and cost follow-up aligned with their own model configuration.
EU-hosted Anthropic models
Section titled “EU-hosted Anthropic models”New EU-hosted Anthropic model options are being added through Amazon Bedrock.
This is part of the ongoing transition toward EU-hosted model options where available. During the transition period, some model options may exist in parallel before the older options are phased out.
🛠️ Improvements and updates
Section titled “🛠️ Improvements and updates”Faster transcription
Section titled “Faster transcription”Transcription has been improved to make meeting and audio transcription faster, with additional improvements to quality and reliability.
This reduces waiting time after uploading or recording audio, making transcription more practical for regular meeting workflows.
Hybrid cloud support for selected on-premise deployments
Section titled “Hybrid cloud support for selected on-premise deployments”Selected on-premise deployments can now be configured to use Intric-hosted workloads while keeping customer data on-premise.
This enables access to hosted capabilities such as OCR and newer knowledge functionality in deployments where this hybrid setup is configured.
