Redacting PDFs

You can now redact personal information from PDF files directly within your conversations.

To use redacting, upload a PDF in a conversation. Once Intric has processed and understood the file, open it in the side panel. A new Redact button will appear in the toolbar. You can configure the redacting process using the settings icon, then click Redact to automatically detect and remove personal information from the document. When redacting is complete, you can download the redacted PDF directly from the same view.

PDF redacting is available to all users whenever a PDF is uploaded in a conversation.

Insights

A new Insights section is now available for organization administrators, giving you an overview of how the platform is being used across your organization.

The Insights page includes:

• Key metrics — total messages sent, messages per user, and counts of active users and assistants for the selected time period
• Message history — a chart showing how message volume has developed over time, viewable per day or as a running total
• Top assistants — a ranked list of the five most active assistants by message volume
• User engagement — a visual overview showing how many users are active and how broadly usage is distributed across the organization
• Usage heat map — highlighting when during the week activity tends to peak
• Trending assistants — assistants growing in message volume or number of users
• Assistant usage table — a full breakdown of messages and users per assistant, filterable by space

The admin menu has also been reorganized. Insights and Usage are now grouped together, while Resources and Audit log have been moved into their own compliance-focused section.

🛠️ Improvements and updates

Improved conversation title generation

Conversation titles are now automatically generated with better quality. Titles will be shorter and more to the point, making it easier to find and recognize previous conversations in your history.

PDF viewer sizing

When opening a PDF in full-screen view, it now opens at a comfortable, readable size rather than stretching to fill the entire screen. You can still zoom in manually if needed.
