Arena Library

A shared resource for sharing and reusing AI Assistants within the public sector.

Intric Arena Library is a collection point where municipalities, regions, and authorities can share their best AI solutions. Through the library, organizations can benefit from each other’s work, which saves time and ensures higher quality in the Assistants that are built.

The idea behind the library is to promote cooperation and highlight good examples. Instead of every organization having to build their Assistants from scratch, you can find ready-made solutions to common challenges here.

How it works

The library works as a catalog of shared Assistants. The process for using an Assistant from the library is simple and has three steps:

  1. Find and get: You find an Assistant in the library that fits your needs and copy the share link.
  2. Import: In the Intric platform you choose the function to import an Assistant and paste the link. This fetches the Assistant’s settings and instructions (prompt).
  3. Customize: You connect your own data and Knowledge.

Important about data and security

What is shared in the library is the Assistant’s “structure” and instructions (the prompt). No uploaded data or sensitive information is included when you import.

When you import an Assistant you get the framework, but you need to connect the documents or Knowledge (e.g. policies or templates) that are specific to your organization yourself.

Example: Contract review

A concrete example of how the library creates value is in reviewing contracts.

  1. Scenario: A municipality builds an Assistant to review data processing agreements (DPAs). They put great care into writing a prompt that identifies specific risks and deviations.
  2. Sharing: The municipality shares this Assistant in Intric Arena Library.
  3. Reuse: Another municipality imports the Assistant. They then get direct access to the advanced logic for review.
  4. Customization: The importing municipality uploads their own contract templates as reference material.
  5. Result: In a few minutes the other municipality has a working review Assistant—work that could otherwise have taken days.
