Arena Ambassador

Our shared mission is to shape how AI is used in a secure, effective, and socially beneficial way in the public sector. Intric Arena is our community for knowledge sharing and exchange of experience between municipalities, regions, and authorities.

Each organization that is part of Intric Arena appoints one person as Arena Ambassador. As an ambassador you take the lead on knowledge sharing, build networks, and ensure that experiences are shared. It is not about being an expert on your organization’s AI journey or spending a lot of time—it is about making sure the exchange of experience happens.

As an Arena Ambassador you become part of a network of ambassadors from similar organizations across Sweden.

The Arena Ambassador’s role

  • Invitation to the Intric Arena channel (Teams): Where you are expected to be active and contribute to the best of your ability
  • Be your organization’s point of contact: For Arena-related questions
  • Invitation to monthly digital ambassador meetings: Depending on the topic it does not have to be the Arena Ambassador who attends, but that person is then responsible for inviting the right person
  • Network with ambassadors: From other organizations
  • Share and take part in knowledge: To grow together

Who is a good fit as Arena Ambassador?

You do not need to be an admin or technical expert in any way. The most important thing is that you:

  • Value national cooperation: On the adoption of AI
  • See the value in sharing experiences: And learning from others
  • Have insight into your organization’s work: With AI and Intric
