Intric and GDPR

Intric is fully compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is built to meet the high requirements for data sovereignty set by the public sector and security-conscious companies.

Hosting and Subcontractors

All hosting and storage of data occurs on servers located within the EU/EEA. To ensure that your data is not covered by foreign legislation (such as the American Cloud Act), Intric does not use any American subcontractors for operation of the platform.

Note: This applies provided that you use European or self-hosted language models. If you actively choose to activate American LLMs (e.g., GPT-4), data will be processed by the respective provider.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
