Users and Groups

Under the Users and Groups section, you manage your organization’s most important asset—employees. You have full control over who has access to the platform, how they’re organized for collaboration, and what permission levels they should have.

Invitations and access

Invite new colleagues by entering their email addresses manually for direct invitations. For larger rollouts or onboarding projects, generate unique invitation links that can be shared via internal channels or intranet.

User groups

To simplify administration, create groups (for example, based on departments like “Marketing” or “IT Support”). By using groups, you can with a single click give an entire department access to relevant Spaces or specific assistants, instead of adding each person individually.

Roles and permissions

Intric is built on a role- and rights-based system to ensure that each user has exactly the access they need to perform their work. By assigning specific roles, you can control the balance between creative creation and administrative control.

User (End user)Can use assistants that are shared in the Spaces they have access to, as well as use their personal chat.
CreatorHas the same permissions as User, but can also create, edit and publish assistants as well as manage knowledge libraries in their Spaces.
Owner (Administrator)Full access to the administration view. Responsible for global settings, security classes, user management and billing.

Single Sign On

Intric offers full support for SSO (Single Sign-On), which enables a secure and smooth login process through your existing company accounts. We support industry standards such as SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC), which means you can integrate the platform with most modern identity providers, such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace or Okta.

Recommendation: Implement SSO to reduce administration and ensure that the organization’s login methods and security requirements are followed in Intric as well.
