Usage
The Usage section gives organization administrators an overview of how platform resources are consumed — including storage, token spend per model, and now a breakdown by user group.
Navigate to Administration > Usage to access this section.
Token usage
The Tokens tab shows how many tokens have been consumed across your organization, broken down by AI model.

| Model | The AI model that was used |
| Tokens used | Total tokens consumed for the selected period |
Use this view to understand which models are driving the most usage and to identify cost patterns.
Token usage by user group
Scroll down on the Tokens tab to find a second table that shows token consumption broken down by user group.

| User group | The group as configured in Users & Groups |
| Tokens used | Total tokens consumed by members of that group |
This table complements the per-model view by answering who is using the platform most, rather than what they are using. It is particularly useful for:
- Chargeback and cost allocation — attribute usage to departments or teams
- Adoption monitoring — identify groups that are actively using the platform versus those that are not
- Capacity planning — understand which groups may need expanded access or higher limits
The user group breakdown uses the same time period selector as the rest of the Usage section. Switch between Week, Month, and Quarter at the top of the page to adjust the window.
