Resources

The Resources tab in the Admin view provides a centralized overview of all assistants and spaces in your Intric platform. Navigate to the Admin view and select the Resources tab to access this overview.

Assistants

The Assistants section displays all assistants created across your platform, regardless of who created them or their visibility settings.

For each assistant, you can view:

• Assistant name — The name of the assistant
• Model — Which AI model the assistant uses (e.g., GPT-4, Claude)
• Security classification — The security level assigned to the assistant
• Creator — Who created the assistant

This overview helps you track which models are being used, ensure assistants have appropriate security classifications, and identify who is creating and managing assistants.

Spaces

The Spaces section shows all spaces created in your platform, providing visibility into collaboration areas.

For each space, you can view:

• Space name — The name of the space
• Security classification — The security level assigned to the space
• Members — Who has access to the space

This overview helps you review security classifications across all spaces, monitor space membership and access control, and identify collaboration patterns in your organization.
