Insights

The Insights section provides organization administrators with a comprehensive overview of platform adoption, user engagement, and assistant performance. The Insights page is designed to help you understand not just how much the platform is being used, but how broadly it is being adopted across your organization.

Key metrics

A high-level overview of KPIs for the selected timeframe (Week, Month, or Quarter):

MetricDescription
Total Messages SentThe absolute volume of interaction.
Messages per UserAverage activity levels per individual.
Active UsersUnique users who have sent at least one message during the selected time period.
Active AssistantsAssistants that have received at least one message during the selected time period.

Message history

A dynamic chart showing message volume development. You can toggle between:

  • Per Day: To see daily spikes and lulls.
  • Cumulative: To see the total growth trend over the period.

User engagement (The engagement rings)

This visual overview uses a dual-ring system to measure the health of your rollout:

  • Outer Ring (Active Users): Shows how many of your total licensed users have been active in the selected timeframe.
  • Inner Ring (Usage Distribution): Measures how equally usage is distributed. It tracks how many users are responsible for 50% of the total traffic. A closed inner ring indicates a broad, healthy rollout where many employees are equally invested, rather than just a few “power users” driving all activity.

Usage heat map

A grid visualization highlighting when activity peaks during the week. This is useful for understanding peak demand times and identifying whether the platform is being used primarily during standard business hours.

Assistant analytics

  • Top Assistants: A ranked list of the five most active assistants by message volume.
  • Trending Assistants: Highlights assistants seeing the fastest growth in terms of new users or message volume.
  • Assistant Usage Table: A complete, filterable breakdown of every assistant in the organization. You can filter this list by Space to see how specific departments or teams are performing.

Best practices for admins

  • Monitor trends, not just totals: Use the “Trending” section to find “hidden gem” assistants created by users that are gaining organic traction.
  • Check distribution: If your outer ring is closed but your inner ring is very small, it means only a few people are seeing the majority of the value. Consider internal training to broaden adoption.
  • Space filtering: Use the space filter in the usage table to compare how different units within your organization are utilizing AI.
